Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
Tickets must be purchased in advance. Ticket sales will end 72 hours prior to a scheduled food tour. Tickets can only be purchased with a Visa, AMEX, or Mastercard. Cash is not accepted.
If a tour is sold out, can I get on a waiting list?
Unfortunately, there are no waiting lists available for our tours. However, you may purchase tickets for another one of our tour dates.
Are tickets refundable or can I reschedule?
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled because your space is being reserved with our participating restaurants. We cannot provide partial refunds for no shows, late arrivals or partial attendance resulting in missed tastings.
How much food is served?
During each Signature Series tour, we will visit 4 to 6 restaurants, with each restaurant serving a small dish selected especially for that evening. The dishes you will be served throughout most tours will be progressive, meaning the tour will start with appetizers and ending with dessert. For most people, there will be enough food served to leave guests satisfied.
What types of foods are served on the tours?
Every tour and every neighborhood is different. Food can range from ethnic and local specialties to the latest culinary creations from some of the country’s top chefs.
What restaurants will we visit on the tour?
Again, every tour and neighborhood is different. Our tours will feature the restaurants of culinary superstars, local neighborhood favorites, those of up and coming chefs to watch, and ethnic eateries with long, proud histories. Are there any beverages served on the tour?
Each restaurant will provide our guests with one paired 3 ounce beverage (may be alcoholic or non-alcoholic) with their meal. All non-alcoholic house beverages will be provided at no additional charge. Any additional alcoholic beverages are at the guest’s discretion and must be purchased from the restaurant before leaving that restaurant.
What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?
Please let us know at the time of registration if you or a guest have any dietary restrictions or food allergies (e.g. vegetarian, diabetic, gluten allergy, nut allergy, etc.). As long as we are informed in advance, we can accommodate your needs in most cases. Alternative dishes for allergy or dietary restrictions may not be off-menu items.
How long is the tour?
An average tour generally runs between 2 to 2.5 hours depending on the neighborhood and number of stops on the tour.
Is there a lot of walking on the tour?
There is a fair amount of walking between each of our tour locations; however, we will be seated during each of our tasting stops. For our longest tour, you can expect approximately 30 minutes of total walk time, or 1 mile total distance from start to finish.
What happens if it rains or snows the day of the tour?
All tours are held rain, shine, or snow. We advise our guests to please check weather conditions for the day of your tour and dress appropriately.
Are there any age restrictions for a tour?
Due to the nature of our evening tours, they are not recommended for children under the age of 16. However, exceptions can be made in the case of privately booked tours.
Is there a discount available for seniors?
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Many of the restaurants we visit are wheelchair accessible, unfortunately some are not. However, we encourage anyone in a wheelchair to book a tour, let us know in advance of your needs, and we will make any necessary accommodations whenever possible.
Should I give the tour guide a tip?
Gratuities for our tour guides are greatly appreciated but not mandatory. Standard gratuities for services are 1o – 15%.
Do the tours start and end in the same place?
All of our tours finish within the same general vicinity as our meet up location. Your tour guide and event staff will be happy to assist with directions at the end of the tour if needed.
Is there parking nearby the tour meeting point?
Yes, there will be parking located near the meting point. Specific parking details are included on our Eventbrite page along with all other specific tour information.
Are your tours offered only in English?
Yes, we only offer our tours in English at this time.

Can I book a private tour?
Yes! We would be happy to work with you to book a private tour in any of the neighborhoods we visit for your next special event, birthday, anniversary, girls night out, or sales dinner. Please use the Contact Us form to request a private tour and one of our staff will contact you to discuss the details and make arrangements, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are gift certificates available?
At this time, we do not offer gift certificates. Please check back soon, as we do plan to offer them in the very near future, along with some very special discounts and promotions.
Are cameras allowed on the tour?
Absolutely! We highly encourage our guests to take many pictures throughout their tour to share with family and friends.
Are there bathroom breaks?
There should be plenty of opportunities to use the bathroom facilities during our stops throughout the tour.
