NEO Food Tours’ Private and Corporate Event Policies
- Minimum of 10 guests.
- Recommend groups no greater than 30. Larger groups are subject to availability.
- A gratuity of 15% is added to all private events and tours.
- Transportation, audio visual, entertainment, and teambuilding are available at extra cost.
- 50% deposit is due upon signing contract with NEO Food Tours, 50% remainder due 3 days prior to event.
- Cancellations within 14 days are subject to refund of deposit. Last minute cancellations are non refundable.
- All neighborhoods and restaurants are subject to availability. Should a venue become unavailable after contract is signed, NEO will practice due diligence to replace such venue with one of equal quality.
- Tours are mid week, some special exceptions for weekends.
